Working as a fractional Head of Growth we implemented a test and learn approach across the business resulting in a 115% increase in app subscriptions.
Wins and highlights included win back offers to unsubscribes leading to an 800% increase in customers coming back to the app and the launch of the Summer Pass tying popular summer traffic to a 3 month product creating longer summer commitments and becoming the most popular subscription choice.
QDQ Club
QDQ club is the fashion arm of Queens Don’t Quit by Maeve Madden.
Through implementing ads and emails and setting up free marketing channels such as pushes and Merchant Centre the brand has grown 811% year on year.
Through CRM we have implemented specific funnels such as offers relating to previous purchases allowing customers to complete their workout sets. Through Klaviyo we have also been able offer customised offers based on users behaviour helping reward loyal Queens and add significantly to the LTV of customers.
